Fast Track Building Applications

A fast track (within 72hrs) assessment service is available for fully engineered non habitable domestic applications, provided relevant property information is submitted with the application and a copy of any necessary “pre" approvals by Council, or any other authority is attached to the submission. 

Relevant property information includes a sewer plan, property title information (Registered Plan), flooding information, a printout of the online property details (available on the Council’s websites) and ownership details. Refer to How do I obtain relevant property information.

If you are unsure which, if any, Council “pre" approvals might be required, you may refer to Council requirements. The most common types of “pre" approvals are plumbing approvals, siting relaxations, and planning approvals.
